PolyMed

Workforce

A hospital can buy an analyser in a single tender and then wait months for someone qualified to run it. A private clinic can buy imaging equipment and have no biomedical cover when it faults. Across Oman’s healthcare sector the binding constraint is more often people than hardware.

Polyglot Technologies has been placing technical specialists into Omani organisations since 2013 through its secondment practice. PolyMed applies that to healthcare. It is an established capability in a new sector, not a new venture.

Roles we supply

Installation, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis and calibration across a mixed equipment estate
Clinical chemistry, haematology, microbiology, histopathology
Engineers embedded at your site under a maintenance contract, reporting to you and backed by us
[ AWAITING CONFIRMATION — do not publish this row until PolyMed confirms our licence covers clinical recruitment and placement. Ministry of Labour manpower licensing and Ministry of Health professional registration both apply. ]

Two models

Placement

We recruit, screen and present candidates. You interview, select and employ directly. We handle sourcing, technical screening and credential verification up to the point of hire, and support the licensing process.

Managed service

The staff sit on our payroll and under our supervision, working at your site to your requirements. You get the capability without the visa, payroll, licensing and replacement burden. If someone leaves, replacing them is our problem, not yours.

What we handle

Equipment and people together

Very few suppliers in this market can close the gap between a delivered analyser and a qualified technologist to run it. Because we do both, a single contract can cover the equipment, the training and the person operating it — with one point of accountability instead of three.
