So we built the company around the whole chain rather than the transaction. We hold distribution agreements with manufacturers in Europe, China and [OTHER COUNTRIES], we handle the Ministry of Health registration work ourselves, and we keep engineers and stock in Muscat.

Specification before price
The cheapest infusion pump that doesn't suit your patient profile is the most expensive purchase you'll make this year. We'd rather lose a quotation than win one that comes back to us.
The support is the product
Anyone can ship a box. What decides whether equipment is still working in year four is who answers the phone in year two.
Local capability is worth building
Importing is necessary. Manufacturing is better. The PolyMed Health Kiosk is our first product designed and assembled in Oman, and it will not be our last.
